Our short Keyfender® update for spring 2020:
We haven't heard from us for a long time and there were reasons for that. We have been a little busy with ourselves and the circumstances we live in now... but now it's time for an update.
We are finally four and that is already a big change for us. Since the end of December, our second daughter is born and keeps us busy. In addition to the family tasks, we have planned a lot of things for 2020 that we want to implement for our Keyfender®. We planned and arranged a lot of things, spent money on trade fairs and marketing and wanted to start our second season full of verve. In January we went to the boat show in Düsseldorf and met old friends and made new contacts. The year started promisingly for us. As for many others, the Corona pandemic threw a spanner in the works. So our plans were and are being adjusted. Because despite Corona, there is a constant demand for our waterproof housing for car keys.
Fortunately we are quite flexible and our online shop is actually running quite well. We only have to fight a little bit with the, also by Corona, increased freight costs abroad. For the summer we had planned to produce the second edition of the keyfender. But this is now difficult because our production partner, the Elbewerkstätten für Menschen mit Behinderung, has temporarily stopped their business due to Corona. We still have enough stock, but we cannot foresee the dynamics of the market. It remains exciting!
Now that the measures are being relaxed, we are already planning our first excursions with the keyfender mobile. It will surely go to the coast. Keep an eye out for us. At our bus there are always some goodies and extras for our customers... ;)
